Powered by Mental Health Innovations, The Mix provides free, anonymous online advice to people aged 25 and under about the important issues in their lives. This report highlights the transformational impact of The Mix’s Helpline, which has provided vital support to young people and children with a range of issues such as loneliness, anxiety and depression, bullying, relationship and family issues and more, based on age, gender, sexuality, ethnicity and disability. Against a backdrop of unprecedented challenges such as the Covid-19 pandemic and cost-of-living crisis, the findings reveal the imperative need for accessible and free digital support services for mental health and wellbeing.

Key findings in the report reveal:

“I was feeling really depressed and suicidal, the reason was because I was getting bullied so I came here and ever since I’ve been stronger.”
