This report highlights the transformational impact of The Mix’s Helpline, which has provided vital support to young people and children with a range of issues such as loneliness, anxiety and depression, bullying, relationship and family issues and more, based on age, gender, sexuality, ethnicity and disability. Against a backdrop of unprecedented challenges such as the Covid-19 pandemic and cost-of-living crisis, the findings reveal the imperative need for accessible and free digital support services for mental health and wellbeing.
