Every 53 seconds, someone texts Shout for support and has a conversation with us that could save their life.
Shout is a free, confidential, 24/7 text service for anyone struggling to cope. We have held nearly 3 million conversations with children, young people and adults across the UK supporting them with issues including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, relationship troubles and more.

Could you sponsor Shout this Mental Health Awareness Week?
This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week (12-18 May) theme is ‘Community’. Being part of a community is vital for our wellbeing: it can provide a sense of belonging, safety and support in hard times. At Shout, our volunteers provide a safe space for people to share what's causing them distress, while showing them warmth and compassion.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re inviting organisations to sponsor Shout, so that we can continue supporting those in crisis.
Will you sponsor potentially life-saving conversations?
- £100 to sponsor 10 conversations
- £1,000 to sponsor 100 conversations
- £10,000 to sponsor the Shout platform for 24 hours
