As part of our digital resources to support mental wellbeing, we’re delighted to have launched more key topics as part of our LifeSkills self-paced learning tool. Focusing on substance misuse and growth mindset, we’ve teamed up with some incredible partner organisations to bring these modules to life.

What is LifeSkills?

LifeSkills is a self-paced learning tool that guides the user through interactive modules on topics that matter to them. Whether someone is looking for help with anxiety, building resilience or understanding their emotions, these sessions are designed to be easy, engaging and done in their own time, in the way that works best for them.

In our Substance Misuse topic, created in partnership with Amy Winehouse Foundation, we’re helping young people understand their relationship with substances and build healthier habits for now and in the future.

Growth Mindset, which features Daniel Wilsher and Dr Anisha Patel is focused on helping young people build confidence, embrace challenges, and continue to grow.

Soon to launch will be a new topic focusing on resilience, featuring England football captain Harry Kane, delivered in partnership with the Harry Kane Foundation.

You can explore the latest topics on our digital service The Mix’s website and keep an eye out for our topic on Resilience launching soon.
