This year, endurance cyclist and mental health advocate Amy Hudson made history as the first woman to ride the full men’s Tour de France route plus transfers, raising an incredible £90,000 for our services - Shout and The Mix.

Now, we’re thrilled to announce Amy as ambassador for Shout and The Mix as we continue to work together to ensure everyone in the UK has access to free mental health support, whenever they need it.

Amy said:

I was delighted to be asked to be an ambassador for Mental Health Innovations, Shout and The Mix. I am really passionate about raising awareness of mental health and helping others, and I hope I can make a positive difference for people.

Amy’s Tour de France challenge earlier this year was incredible, and we couldn’t be more grateful that she’s chosen to continue supporting our charity as an ambassador. We’re looking forward to continuing to work with Amy to raise vital awareness and funds for our services.
