Our ambassadors and supporters
Amy Hudson
Endurance cyclist and mental health advocate Amy Hudson made history as the first woman to ride the full men’s Tour de France route plus transfers, raising an incredible £90,000 for our services.
Now, we're continuing to work together to ensure everyone in the UK has access to free mental health support, whenever they need it.
Laura Aikman
For years, Laura has been a dedicated supporter of Mental Health Innovations. From giving her time as a Shout Volunteer and supporting vital campaigns to now taking on the London Marathon for our charity, Laura has shown an incredible commitment to helping us reach more people who need support with their mental health. We're thrilled to now work with Laura as an official ambassador for our charity.
Ben West
Ben has been a dedicated champion of our charity since we launched; his tireless campaigning and fundraising has meant he has been the difference to many people’s lives as they look to us for crisis support.
He continues to support our services as an ambassador, mental health advocate and Shout Volunteer.
Owen Wood
Owen became an ambassador for The Mix in 2024, shortly after he won series 4 of Race Across the World. As an advocate and supporter of our charity, Owen's goal is to break down the stigma around men's mental health, encouraging young men to feel comfortable opening up about any struggles they may have.
Will Young
Musician, actor and mental health campaigner Will Young was our first ever patron, bringing with him incomparable expertise from the world of the creative arts.
Will's patronage is invaluable in helping us continue to highlight and promote how the creative industries can support better mental health and to raise the profile of our services.
