Our 2022 Impact Report highlights the key role our team of data and clinical experts, along with our Shout mental health text support service have played in delivering positive outcomes for the mental health of the UK population.
Highlights from the report include:
- We scaled the Shout mental health text support service to take 670,000 conversations with 260,000 people in crisis in 2022
- We conducted 9,500 interventions where people were at imminent risk of suicide
- We extend the Shout support service across the UK through 79 partnerships
- There were 490,000 unique page views of the help and support content on giveusashout.org
- We worked with a range of incredible organisations and ambassadors including The Prince and Princess of Wales, Harry Kane, Will Young and Ed Sheeran to raise awareness of the cause
- We won national awards for campaigning and research
